حذف البيانات

• افتح إعدادات فيسبوك: الإعدادات والخصوصية ← الإعدادات ← تطبيقات ومواقع الويب.
• دوّر على «عوكل» في قايمة التطبيقات النشطة.
• دوس «إزالة» ووافق.

بمجرد الإزالة، توكنات الصفحات اللي معانا بتبطل تشتغل وفيسبوك بيبعتلنا طلب حذف تلقائي، وإحنا بنسجّله ونرجّعلك كود تأكيد.

ابعتلنا على dolfndolfn@gmail.com واكتب اسم الصفحة أو رقمها عند فيسبوك (ولو معاك كود تأكيد اكتبه). بنرد بتأكيد، وبننفّذ خلال 30 يوم كحد أقصى.

• توكن الصفحة وتوكن الربط — بيتشالوا خالص.
• بيانات الصفحة: اسمها ورقمها ولقطات المتابعين اليومية.
• كل البوستات المتخزنة: النص والنوع واللينك ووقت النشر وأرقامها ولقطاتها اليومية.
• أرباح المحتوى اليومية المتخزنة للصفحة.

اللي مش بيتمسح: بيانات شغل الوكالة اللي مالهاش علاقة بفيسبوك (حسابات الموظفين، الحضور، المرتبات) وسجلات محاسبية بنحتفظ بيها لأسباب قانونية. ودي أصلًا مفيهاش أي بيانات جاية من فيسبوك.

لما فيسبوك يبعتلنا طلب حذف، بنرجّعله كود تأكيد ولينك الصفحة دي. الكود ده علامة على الطلب عندنا — احتفظ بيه ولو سألتنا عن حالة الطلب ابعته معاك، هيخلّينا نلاقيه على طول.

الكود مش بيوري أي بيانات لوحده، والصفحة دي مبتعرضش أي حاجة عنك — بتأكد بس إن الطلب اتسجّل.

تفاصيل كل اللي بنقراه من فيسبوك وليه في سياسة الخصوصية.

• Open your Facebook settings: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
• Find «Awkal» (عوكل) in the list of active apps.
• Click Remove and confirm.

As soon as you remove it, the Page access tokens we hold stop working, Facebook sends us an automatic deletion request, and we record it and return a confirmation code.

Email dolfndolfn@gmail.com with the Page name or Facebook Page id (and the confirmation code, if you have one). We reply to confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days at most.

• The Page access token and the connection token, removed entirely.
• Page data: name, Facebook Page id and the daily follower snapshots.
• Every stored post: text, type, permalink, publish time, its counters and its daily snapshots.
• The stored daily content monetization earnings for the Page.

What is not deleted: the agency's own operational records that have nothing to do with Facebook (staff accounts, attendance, payroll) and accounting records we must keep for legal reasons. None of those contain any data obtained from Facebook.

When Facebook sends us a deletion request, we return a confirmation code and a link to this page. The code identifies your request on our side — keep it, and include it if you ask us about the status, so we can find the request immediately.

The code reveals nothing on its own, and this page displays no information about you. It only confirms that the request was recorded.
